I can't play any video files inside Lightroom HELP!!!!

It's hopeless...
For about a month now, I can't play any video files inside my library. I can't import videos either....the message "I can't work with the video file". They are .mp4 files, barely 20mb, very light and had never given problems.
I have tried everything...restore factory parameters, re-install the program...I am using OSX 14, copn Mojave.
I'm sure there's something interfering with Lightroom, but I don't know what it is. I did a clean installation of the operating system and it worked! But a day later I didn't...and I just installed office package. The video files of the library locates them in the finder, what you can't do is play them inside Lightroom.
Any ideas?

The exclamation points shown on the thumbnails indicate that the video files  are not online. Right click on one of the files and select 'Show in Finder'. If you've recently moved the location of the files  to  save space or for some other  reason, the location needs to be  updated.  See this help document from Adobe for more information: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/create-folders.html

No. The files have not been moved. They are in the same old folder. And it is only with video files, in the same folder there is photo file, and there is no problem. It is a light room that cannot preview or reproduce.

Can you post a screen shot of the message you see when you click on the exclamation point?
