Hi. I 'upgraded' Lightroom Classic to Adobe Lightroom 7 and I cannot open Lightroom Classic. I want to return to my version of Lightroom Classic. How do I do this?

The "help" here is free from community volunteers. All you need to do is follow the simple directions posted above. Otherwise, you'll need to call Adobe and have them remote access your computer.

Hi. I am very thankful for the help people are sending my way. Through the years I have received a good deal of support and advice from this forum.

Admittedly I got a bit panicky yesterday when I upgraded my version of Lightroom Classic only to find that I had a program installed after the upgrade which looked nothing at all like what I use every day to make my living. I sincerely apologize for the tenor of my posts.

I would very much like to speak with someone at Adobe about getting my Lightroom Classic back. I did not know that this was possible.

Could you please tell me how this is done?

Thank you for taking the time to help me. It is very much appreciated.

-Andy

I don't think it can be explained any easier- Did you not understand my screen-clip?

In the CREATIVE CLOUD DESKTOP APP:

1) Click the three-dots icon for the menu to UN-INSTALL 'Lightroom v7'

2) Click on the Lightroom-CLassic [Retry] button to retry installing 'Lightroom-Classic v13.01'.

And what exactly is the PLAN "(which I am paying monthly for)"? I don't see that you have told us!

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 14.5.1, Photoshop 26.10, ACR 17.5, Lightroom 8.5, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 15.1.1 .

He still did not tell, despite several requests, but his earlier screenshot clearly shows the apps in the Photography Plan.
