Buongiorno a tutti.

Ho acquistato nel 2017 il mio Lightroom versione CC 2015.6.

Ho fatto un corso per l'utilizzo e poi per motivi personali l'ho abbandonato.

Comunque era funzionante e risulta registrato sul mio profilo Adobe con i numeri seriali. Non è attivato nessun dispositivo e mi chiedo come mai se l'ho registrato e già utilizzato.

E' da un po' di tempo che me lo sono ritrovato con il modulo di sviluppo bloccato.

Il sistema mi chiede di fare un accesso ad Adobe Creative Cloud per l'attivazione del software ma non riesco ad accedervi per la necessità, mi dice il sistema, di eseguire degli aggiornamenti.

Ho già eseguito tutti gli aggiornamenti possibili e contattato la chat di assistenza (anche quella inglese con tecnici "superiori") che in conclusione mi dice di sottoscrivere un abbonamento, da lì potrò avere una assistenza migliore.

Le informazioni del mio sistema LR (in allegato) dice "Licenza: prova scaduta".

Il mio laptop ha le caratteristiche necessarie per supportare il software ( Lenovo G50-70 laptop).

Qualcuno gentilmente mi saprebbe consigliare?

Download the Creative Cloud app, login to your Adobe CC account, and then install Lightroom Classic 11.2, which is the lateset version. See if that works.

Are you currently paying the monthly fee for the subscription to your Adobe plan?

 

Is not Lightroom CC 2015.6, the subscription , vs LR 6.6 the perpetual? And the upgrade for Lightroom CC 2015.6 would currently Lightroom Classic v11.2, while LR 6.6 would have ended at v6.14.

Some hints and advice, Lightroom CC 2015.6 is the very early of the Lightroom app that was able to upload images to the Adobe Creative Cloud and sync with your mobile devices i.e. phone and tablet. This version had a license key version so the equivalent would be Lightroom 6.6 and the latest and final update is Lightroom 6.14.

Neither of these versions are currently supported. The existing application needs to switch from CC 2015.6 to Lightroom 6.14 and activated on your computer.

Since there is no longer available online service for the apps you need to contact Adobe for assistance. See the link below to a thread that provides info on how you can get things sorted out.

I believe the Author purchased a license key and does not have a subscription. Hence my earlier post. Lightroom CC 2015.6 is the same application installer as Lightroom 6.6

a user decides if to switch to the License Key version.
