Images get a green tinge (Grünstich)

Hi everybody,


I am using Windows 10 (10.0.18362), Lightroom CC ( CC 2015.14 [1149743]) and a Huawei P30 with Lightroom Mobile.

Since about 10 days I have the following behavior:

  1. I take RAW shots with the P30.
  2. I edit the images on the P30
  3. I synchronize the images via cloud to my Win 10 system

There I will receive the following: Many pictures have an extreme green cast. But not all of them.

What could be the reason?

At the same time I did a Win10 update and changed from a P20 to a P30.

I have this same problem on my iPad Pro 11 2020. I import the files from my memory card to the iPad Lightroom app, edit them, then they get synced and in Lightroom Classic on Windows they are all green. Why doesn't Lightroom convert the edit to be compatible with the Windows version?

Just found the problem. It's the white balance. I set it to auto in LR mobile on the P30. In LR classic I get this exaggerated green tinge.
If I set it manually, the problem does not occur.

But what I don't understand is what the real problem is? Is something going wrong with the color profiles?
