Sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. I’m hopeful that the suggestion by @dj_paige  will help. If it doesn’t, could you please share a few details to help us understand the problem better:

• Your operating system and the version of Lightroom Classic you’re using.

• Whether this happens with all photos or only certain ones

• Where these files are saved (local drive, external drive, network location, etc.)

Once we have this information, we’ll be in a better position to assist you.

You can't import the photos to the Destination folder, because you do not have write access to that folder. Either change the permissions on the Destination folder to have write access, or change the Destination folder to a folder where you do have write access. By the way, it would sure be helpful if you told us what your operating system and operating system version NUMBER is.
