Importing Large File - Freezes up Lightroom

Hello there!

I'm having trouble importing a large file. It's a pano that I made in photoshop and am trying to import it into lightroom. Every time I try to import it the loading bar at the top left screen just stays at zero and when I cancel it the import, my lightroom will freeze up and I can't do anything. I have to force quit every time in order to get lightroom to start working again. The file size is 14400x11656 or 480.2M. And my understanding is that the highest file size lightroom can take is around 515M.

Someone please help!!

That should be well under the maximum allowed size: Supported file formats in Lightroom Classic CC . Two troubleshooting steps:

1. Copy and paste the result of doing Help > System Info here.

2. Upload the file to Dropbox or similar and post the sharing link here, and others can see if their LR freezes on the photo.

Do you want to me copy and paste all of what shows when I go to help > System Info? It's A LOT of stuff.
