Importing photos into the catalog does not work

Hi there, 

I updated the new version, but when I create the catalog and import the photos nothing appears, is anyone having the same problem?

You have to select (click on) a folder in the Source panel on the left. (RAW Fotos Juliano Dentista 2023)

You should not need to create a new catalog after you update to a new version of LrC; and furthmore importing is the wrong thing to do.

 

In the new version of LrC, simply convert and open the previous catalog (if that doesn't happen automatically). Use File-Open Catalog if it doesn't happen automatically. Do not import photos in the old catalog.

But since I updated any photos not appear to import, at LR mobile e desktop and Photoshop the photos open normally, but at LRC not appear

All other old catalogs I created before the update last week open normally, I used to create a catalog per month and imported my jobs monthly, so I did a few days ago after updating, and created a catalog for the month of November, and not open, I create a new one to try only for the job also not works, I unstall and install the LRC and still not working

You denied access to two other Adobe apps needed during install. That may have caused an incomplete installation. So perhaps you should grant access to these apps too, then uninstall Lightroom Classic and install it again.

Hi Johan, 

I Saw under the LRClassic the option  "Adobe Update Helper" and I also turned on it also the "com.adobe.acc.installer"

After that, I clicked on Destination and the photos started to appear to import

I think could be this
