In Slideshow module, how do I control the content of my text overlay field?

The ABC button has disappeared in my latest version-  Classic CC 7.5 release -.  I want use either the keyword or comment field contents.

I can create the text field but it just displays "default text content"

    Hi Sthorp,

    Could you please try tapping the letter "T" on your keyboard and see if the ABC button reappears?
