instagram plugin login issues

I'm experiencing issues with the instagram plugin for lightroom.

On both my computers it won't let me login to my instagram account.

I've tried just about everything to fix this

      Hi I just put up the below reply. It might help you,

      I fixed the problem but I'm not sure how lol I think I may have changed IG password on my phone. Although IG on my computer was telling me that I was logged in via the Plug In Manager I think that there was no synch between devices. Anyway I logged out then in using the password I am using on the phone and all appears ok.

      I will ask a dumb question.

      Have you gone to your Instagram page, and logged in. Is Instagram down?

      Me as well. I try to Publish and it comes up with an error mge saying that a Login is required as far as I can tell I am logged in *^$%*&*%

      But this is not a Lightroom problem. You need to discuss this with the author of the plug-in.

      To build on dj_paige's advice, the LR/Instagram plugin author is often scrambling to keep up with changes in the Instragram service. Instagram provides no official support for third-party apps like this plugin, and the author has to figure things out without help. Last fall, Instagram changed its service and the author had to scramble for a couple of weeks to make the plugin work with it again.

      So you definitely need to contact the author.

      In general, Instagram and Facebook (the owner) don't care about Lightroom access (Facebook deliberately deactivated such access by all third-party desktop programs).
