Install lightroom - Creative cloud

Question

Good day! HELP!!!I downloaded the light room set-up trial and when I installed it, it only updated the Creative cloud. When I press again to install it takes me to the page to purchase AGAIN the light room application. What can I do? thank you.

Hey, @sylvie_7367. Welcome to the Lightroom community. I'll help you figure this out. I reviewed your account for the Community and couldn't find an active subscription for Lightroom.

Please check if you've signed in to the Creative Cloud desktop app with the email you've used to subscribe to Lightroom or any other plan, including Lightroom. Check this page for help with managing your subscription: https://adobe.ly/3DlMnbc
