Install SmugMug plug in to link with Lightroom Classic

I am trying to install Smug Publish Plug in to link with Lightroom Classic on my Apple 27" iMac.  I get to correct screen, and the ony button to click there is "Free".  However when I try to do so nothing happens.  Screenshot atttached. Can you help.?

You need to be logged onto creative cloud in the browser for the download link (install now) to show. It will show in place of "free". When you click it, it will shift to the creative cloud app (it will ask for permission to open the creative cloud app), where you can install it.

Click on that where to find it tab, a line about installation problem includes a link to a zip file is provided, try that.
