Hello there!

I'm having an issue with my Adobe Lightroom - Photo Editor & Pro Camera suscription (app) that I bought woth my android phone.

I want to install (the same license) it on my MacBook Air but I don't know how. I've already have the Crative Cloud installed on the macbook and signed with the same user that I bought the suscription in the first place.

Can anyone help me out on this please?

Regards

The Lightroom App for Android (+ Premium features) you would have purchased from Google Play Store.

This subscription only applies to the Mobile phone.

To install Lightroom on your MacBook you will need a subscription to the Lightroom Plan (1TB) directly from Adobe.

Or better still- a subscription to the Creative Cloud Photography Plan (20GB) that has more Apps, but limited Cloud storage, as it is aimed at Lightroom-Classic users (and locally stored files).

Lightroom Plans

Contact Adobe Customer Support and ask for a Plan change.

  1. Bring up Adobe.com
  2. Sign in if required
  3. Click on your account button, upper right.
  4. Click on view account.

What Plan are you paying for?

Subscription to the mobile app does not give you license to install any version of Lightroom on your MacBook.
