Is there a way to automatically organise photos by subject with Lightroom classic or cloud?

I take a lot of photos, so many that it's long-winded to manually sort them. Is there a way to use Lightroom (or another Adobe software) to assist me in grouping these? Something similar to Google Photos' sort by subject feature. For example:Bird photographyRandom objectPeopleSkyCats

Lightroom Classic does not have AI subject recognition (yet?), but there are several plugins that can auto-generate keywords using image recognition from Google or another source. Once you have keywords for all these images, you can use Lightroom Classic smart collections to automatically organize by keywords.
