I created a new Adobe account today, then started Lightroom's free trial and download it right after. After the installation and launch, i received a banner saying kinda ' Welcome to lightroom 30days trial ', i chose to proceed but then got a notification saying Lightroom will open with ' reduced functionality ' as shown below.
Before this day, another account also used lightroom's free trial plan on my PC. I tried to delete all traces, datas, references from that session relating to Lightroom and CC, using uninstaller and adobe CC cleaner tool. Unfortunately, the photos imported to Lightroom in the previous session ( the previous account ) somehow got their way into my current Lightroom app, although i 'tried' to erase all traces of the previous session.
I contacted Adobe support several times but so far the solutions doesn't help. I'd be highly appreciated if my problem got solved. Tks a lot :3
It is illegal to try and continue to use the free trial after the original time period has been reached. That is call Pirating the software.
It does not matter what Account you use. "YOU" have already used up the Free trail period with some other account. That is if I am reading this thread correctly.

I'm pretty sure you can't do this.
This is why you can't use the free trial.

I was afraid of that from the beginning so I tried to erase all data of Lightroom and CC ( I also tried CC cleaner tool ) before reinstalling. Is there any way to solve this ?

You are allowed only one free trial. It seems that you used the free trial previously.
After that you need to purchase a standalone license or the yearly subscription.

Well obviously it is so, but the account I am using at the moment was created just one day before this day so I'm not so sure if it's even solvable or not...

It is solvable. Buy either the stand alone LR V 6 or the subscription base Photography plan that includes LR CC 2015 and PS CC 2017.

Well thanks a lot for your help guys I do really appreciate that but the thing is at the moment I'm still saving money and haven't been able to afford CC plan. So I was trying to use it for a while with the free trial but having the problem as shown above. Here's the screenshot of my ID status at the moment, and I still can't understand why

What you are trying to do is against the Adobe Free Trial guide lines and basically illegal. It is also again forum rules.
Why because you already used the free trial period.

So you mean that it's illegal to use the free trial while not being able to afford it ? Because I just started Lightroom's free trial just yesterday, and I have never used Lightroom's free trial with the current account...

It has nothing to do with the fact that you opened a new account. You get one free trial per computer. Period.
And before you waste some electrons criticizing Adobe for this policy, every software company I know of has the same (or sometimes even stricter) limitations.

It's sort of like saying that you can't afford to buy a new car right now so you would like to test drive different cars until you can afford to buy one. It doesn't work that way. You get one trial period during which you can evaluate the program. Then you have to decide what you are going to do. And you have reached that point.

Okay I guess I didn't know how it work then, since this is the newly created account. Thanks for your words bro

It's a newly created account, but it's on the same computer and that is what is considered.
