Issues with Videos in Library Module

I have upgraded to LR Classic 13.2 Camera Raw 16.2  and since then, I am unable to play videos in the Library Module.  I get no responses from the video controls at all.  Furthermore, the export video functionality does not work anymore.  I am on a Mac running 13.6.4 (22G513).  All these functions were fully operational prior to my update 4 days ago. 

 

I have tried cleaning the video cache and increased the size with no success.

 

Am I the only one having these issues?

Well, it's definitely a bug: I uninstalled and reverted to the previous 13.1 version and everuything works fine now.

There probably is no bug. I can play videos in Lightroom Classic 13.2 on my Mac just fine. What version of MacOS are you using and what are the specs of your computer? I use a M1 Max MBP and MacOS Sonoma 14.3.1.

I heard you the first time, but that fact alone does not prove there is a bug in Lightroom Classic 13.2. It could also be a problem that is specific for your machine. After all, there is no problem with Lightroom Classic 13.2 on my Mac. However, knowing now that we use different processors, there might indeed be a bug in the Intel code and not in the Apple Silicon code. That is why it is so important to always tell what version of MacOS you use and on what hardware.

So, what happens now?  Has anybody else encountered the same problem?  If so, how will this be escalated to or acknowledged by Adode?  I'm quite new here and it's the first time I report an issue on this forum.  Thanks.
