I accidently deleted image data in Lightroom, I attempted to recover my image file, but there was no recovery option available. Is it possible to retrieve all data from Lightroom?

There is no image recovery in Lightroom Classic. You have to make backups of all of your images, and then perform the recovery from those backups.

You can recover low resolution thumbnails/previews if they exist: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/extract-previews-for-lost-images-lightroom.html

Yes, some cases recover your data from Lightroom. I recommend to use third-party data recovery tool likeYou can retrieve your data from Lightroom in certain instances, yes. I advise using an independent data recovery tool such as

This software trail version also available there, I recommend to use first trail version on this software. It is recommended to use the first trail version of this software, which is also available there.

You say you "deleted image data in Lightroom".  I assume you mean you deleted an image file in  Lightroom.  If so, when you were asked whether you wanted to "Delete from disk" or "Remove from Lightroom" which did you select?  If you selected "Remove from Lightroom" the only thing that was done was to remove all the records about that file from Lightroom's database.  The file is still on your disk, but you lost the information about the edits and any other metadata from the LrC database.  In that case you can recover that data by restoring the last regular LrC backups you have made when shutting down LrC.   If you selected "Delete from disk" you also deleted the image file, but you should be able to restore it from the "Recycle Bin" (or its MAC equivilant).   Once restored from the Recycle Bin you can recover the edits by restoring your last LrC backup.

If you make an error in LrC, you can back up a few steps by using the CTRL-Z operation.  If you delete a file and selected "Delete from Disk", you will also need to use the Recycle Bin to recover the file to its original location.  Unfortunately if you have shutdown LrC, you cannot restart it and use the undo operation.
