JPG from Lumix 4k 'burst' video -How?

So I have a client that went on safari with a new Lumix TZ80 and shot every photo in 'Burst' mode.

Has anyone been able to extract a JPG from multiple video files in Lightroom with a Batch/sync mode? (Hundreds! of videos)

Best I can do is filter for videos, open one in video mode, click icon to [Capture Frame] then click next video on the filmstrip and repeat.

That's three mouse clicks for every video.

I was hoping for a quicker way.

Happy to accept the 'first' frame from a video as that would be the most likely time the client decided to press the shutter button.

Found my own easy answer- for anyone else ever in the same situation:

    1) Download Jeffrey’s “Extract Cached Image Previews” Lightroom Plugin:  Jeffrey Friedl's Blog » Jeffrey’s “Extract Cached Image Previews” Lightroom Plugin

    2) Create 1:1 previews of all the Lumix video files in the Lr Library.

    3) Select all

    4) Run the Plugin to extract JPGs from the Previews.

    Thanks Jeffrey Friedl.
