Kein Zugriff auf Ligthroom Classic u. Photoshop

Ich habe ein Jahres Abo Lightroom, Photoshop, das ende März 2025 endet. Seit heute habe ich nach einem erfolgten Backup das Problem, das ich zwar die Proramme starten kann, aber durch eine Einblendung, siehe angehängte Datei, komme ich nicht zu meinen Fotos. Sobald ich diese Einblendung weg klicke, schließt das Programm wieder. Könnte ich durch eine Deinstalation und erneuter Instalation, das Problem lösen und werden meine Fotos wieder verfügbar sein?

Vielleicht hat jemand eine Idee!

Hi, thanks for reaching out to the Adobe community! The email ID you've signed in to the community with does not show an active subscription. Please check if you have another email ID that you have the subscription under and sign in to Creative Cloud using that.
