Keyboard shortcuts not working in LR CC

I updated CC and now my keyboard shortcuts are not working. A pop-up comes up stating that the action took place but when you right click the image it does not show it occurring. For example... either pick or reject in library module a pop-up window comes up but the flag is not added. Same for color label pop-up no action. I can change by way of right clicking the image and select the action but that takes too long.

Please help...have tons of images to go through fast.
