Keyboard Shortcuts problem in Lightroom classic

I recently did an upgrade of my computer and now when I hit the keyboard shortcut for exporting <Ctrl+Shift+E>  a window pops up from what appears to be my Radeon GPU driver saying that the screen image was saved.  How do I make sure that the LR keyboard shortcuts override any external ones when LR is open? I'm using Windows 10 Home.
