lens profiles missing

Recently bought a new machine and as such have installed my Adobe products.

Every photo I open whether it is Lrc or PS there are no Lens profiles.

These are not Jpegs these are RAW files.

My previous machine had no issues found the lens profiles straight away. Obviously this is down to new installation but unsure where to fix this problem

First, check if the files are on your PC.

If yes, try if it helps to reset the preferences: https://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-do-i-reset-lightrooms-preferences/

If no, remove and reinstall Lightroom. Your data is always safe while doing either one.
