Lighroom Classic (version 13.0 and later) on Windows 10, 21H2

Hello. Could you please let me know if I can have Lightroom Classic (October 2023 release) on Windows 10 21H2 without any problems? According to system requirements, version 22H2 is required. But, I've actually installed it on 21H2 successfully, and I'm wondering if I'll encounter any problems with it while I am working. I have Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC, which cannot be upgraded to 22H2.

My 0.02: I don't see any reason to stay on 21H2 and I'd somehow move to W10 22H2. Personally, I'd even stay on W10 as I don't like some limitation and changes in W11, actually not some, it's rather most 😉

Otherwise, give it a shot and as long as it works, you're ok.

hmm, question is why does Adobe state that, what is in 22H2 that LrC needs.

Started searching for that. One search being what is new in 22H2:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/whats-new/whats-new-windows-10-version-22h2

Sure sounds like nothing, sounds like a accumulation of previous 21H2 updates. And if you have all those, then perhaps no issue????

Not an Adobe employee, just another user.

You might also want to search the web on: "windows 10 22h2 for Enterprise LTSC". Not sure if I would trust some of the results, but you might be able to update to 22H2 but it is difficult, and appears to involve a reinstall????'

Assuming your rig is capable, why not move on to 11? Windows 10 will eventually be sunsetted.
