Lighroom Classic will not install nor Download. m4 MacMini

Why I can not install Lightroom Classic on my m4 MacMini? It says it is not compatible. Why is that?

Installation process seems OK for Lightroom Classic and PhotoShop. When I start them I get the splash screen and then they quit. Tried uninstalling including deleteing preferences and restarted.

Mac Mini M4 Pro, 24GB, Sequoia 15.1

I tried to install from the webpage but always got an error that my macmini is not compatible. First i thought it is to new, and I have to wait a few days. But my friend had all the apps already running on his macmini. 

Then my friend said "did you install the creative cloud app?". I did not. So I installed it and was able to install Lightroom classic and photoshop through the creative cloud app. 

I will not work on the website!

Photoshop and Lightroom( non classic ) will not install either!
