Lightroom 13 doesn't recognise camera anymore

Since a couple of weeks my system doesn't recognise my camera anymore.
Apple Photo and Canon Eos Utility 3 recognise my camera (Canon Eos R5) instantly when connecting it through the USB C port but Lightroom 13.x doesn't show the camera.
It's a PIA to download the shots though the Eos Utility and then import them from disk in Lightroom

Same issue on my Macbook Air M2.

Update Sonoma to 14.2.1. That contains a fix for this issue with 14.2.0.

I am using Mac Sonoma 14.5, and LrC 13.3 for tethering. I have EOS Utility in my Macbook Pro as well. LrC is unable to detect Canon R5, so to work around it, I had to shoot tethered using EOS Utility and auto import the images into LR.

Is anyone using Sonoma 14.5 and having difficulty tethering in LrC? Which version of Sonoma is more stable for tethering? I am thinking of downgrading.

I have this same problem, the latest update has stopped my lightroom classic recognising the camera and lens. I use a windows PC though. The previous update added it and all was working wonderfully so this is very frustrating.
