Confirmed on XP.

The TAT tool is much slower than in 3.2 both when dragging or scrolling. Looks like TAT adjustments are not slider-decoupled, like it's supposed to be in LR3.x and the program just can't keep up the tempo.

I've submitted a bug report and started a dedicated thread.

I submitted one as well on TAT but late last night (didn't get a chance to post that I did here) but mine on Mac so they know it is multi-platform.

TAT is slow for me on tone curve and the colour blocks (HSL etc) in 3.3RC on a MBPro 2.53 C2D w/4gb.  It was real time on 3.2.  I will poke around for a bug reporting link.
