Lightroom 5 error code 213:10

Good evening!

I have Lightroom (student edition) already installed on one device and trying to get it to work on my macbook as well now.

I downloaded and installed it without problems. When I want to start the program, each time I get: Code 213:10. Contact support.

I already restarted my macbook and reinstalled it two times. Nothing works and I find no answer in forums.


Please, can anybody help me with that issue?

Looks most likely to be that "Permissions" are not Read/Write for all necessary folders.
