Lightroom 6.14 - Update Required Browser No Longer Supported

Hi all,

I have not been able to get into Lightroom 6.14 for close to a year now. Every time I load the application and try to log-in, I get the same "Update Required - Your broswer or operating system is no longer supported". My system is currently up-to-date (Windows) and I don't understand why I keep getting this message. 

It's very frustrating and I have family photos I want to process. I may have to buy Lightroom Cloud if I can't find an alternative solution.
