Try looking into whatever directory your catalog is in and deleting the ".lock" file with the same name as your catalog.

I finaly found a solution.

I discovered a system log reporting this issue:
11/03/2022 13:59:07 Pixel-Masks DB path : C:\Users\juanp\Pictures\Lightroom\Lightroom Catalog-2-2-v12.lrcat-data
11/03/2022 13:59:07 Corruption: IO error: No such file or directory: NewRandomAccessFile failed to Create/Open: C:\Users\juanp\Pictures\Lightroom\Lightroom Catalog-2-2-v12.lrcat-data/000036.ldb: El sistema no puede encontrar el archivo especificado.
in file C:\Users\juanp\Pictures\Lightroom\Lightroom Catalog-2-2-v12.lrcat-data/MANIFEST-000032

So I'v recoverend anothed MANISFEST file from my bacup and renamed it whit the 00032 last. (I'v made a copy of the catalog before), and it works!!!!

Thanks for your support.

'.LOCK' files should only exist when LrC is running. They should disappear when LrC is shutdown.

If you have an existing .LOCK file preventing you from opening a Catalog with the error message- "The Lightroom catalog cannot be opened because another application already has it opened." the .LOCK file can be found next to the Catalog.LRCAT file, using File Explorer or Finder.

This is a very old thread dealing with a specific issue i.e. "Lightroom catalog cannot be opened because another application already has it opened"

Are you receiving a warning dialog with words to that issue? If not, then the issue with your Catalog not opening may be due to other issues.

Please provide info on your Lightroom Classic version number and also your Operating System version number.

Do you get a warning dialog if so post a screen capture?
