Lightroom CC/2015.12 & Sony RX10 IV

I can not import any ARW files from my RX10 IV with Lightroom CC/2015.12 Camera Raw 9.12.

It appears as I should be able to. What am I doing wrong?

I have Updated Camera Raw from the CC updater as well as Lightroom CC (2015) as well as installed the new Lightroom Classic CC which will import from the RX10 IV.

I have 2 perpetual licenses for Lightroom 6 on other PC's and would like to be able to import from the RX10 IV.

    Hi All,

Lightroom 6.13 has been released and does have preliminary support for this camera. Please update your Lightroom 6 to the latest version and let us know if you continue to see the issue. Thank you for your patience.

    Refer Lightroom 6.13 now available

You can't. Support was first added in 6.13. No earlier versions will get support for that camera.

    Your options:

    1. Pay to join the Cloud and use Lightroom CC or Classic CC, or
    2. Pay to upgrade to Lightroom 6, or
    3. Free option: download and install the Adobe DNG converter, convert all RX10 IV Raw files to DNG format. Then edit the DNG files (not the Raw files) in Lightroom 5. An extra step for you but no extra cost.

Sony RX10 IV (DSC-RX10M4) has preliminary support in Lr Classic which has ACR 10.0

    ACR 10 is now available

Yes, and that works in that version. But I have 2 perpetual licenses for 6.12 and the photography plan subscription and would like it to work with 6.12.

Are you certain that you have Lightroom CC 2015.12 installed? Don't trust what the Creative Cloud Application Manager indicates. What does the help screen in Lightroom tell you?

Yes, I'm 200% sure as I also have the same problem on the perpetual version. The Help About shows 2015.12 Release and Camera Raw 9.12 on both.
