Lightroom CC reset in develop doesn't zero out slider bars

Hi all,

I have a laptop and desktop with CC having the same problem. This is a new problem.

If I make adjustments in Develop module and want to reset. I click Reset button to zero out Basic panel adjustments and any other changes I made. However, nothing changes. The slider bars don't move back to zero.

Also, if I double click on 'Exposure', 'Contrast' or any of the other slider bar titles to zero out, no response there either. This happens for Basic, HSL, Lens Corrections, etc.

I've made sure I have the latest updates but no change.

Any advice?

Thanks

Lynn

You may have accidentally changed the default settings for that camera.  Select a problem file, go into Develop, and do the menu command Develop > Set Default Settings > Restore Adobe Default Settings.

I just noticed this only happens with .NEF files and not .JPG.

Could it be something in Edit/ Preferences/ Presets?
