Lightroom CC slow exporting on 2017 MacBook Pro (top specs).

Exporting from Lightroom CC on new 2017 MacBook Pro (top specs)  is slower than older late 2013 MacBook Pro (top specs). I have searched for this topic and have not found any comments.

Are these photos different in any significant way (image size? lots of edits?) from the photos on the other computer? Are there other tasks running on your computer?
