Lightroom changes language on update itself

Question

For month now after every (!) update of LR Classic under Windows 11 the program language is set to german (the language of my OS) and I have to re-set it to English every time.

Why can LR not remember such a simple settings value?

First at AdobeGo to adobe.com.Sign in (if not already)Go an click on the button to Manage your AccountSelect Edit ProfileScroll down and see what you have for preferred language.Oh, and this Adobe account and whatever e-mail you used to subscribe to a Plan, same account correct?    Second your Creative Cloud Desktop AppBring up your copy of the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop AppClick on the Menu bar button top Left (Three horizontal lines)Click on File, then Preferences (should show up as in Apps, if not, then select Apps)Scroll down. Inspect the Default Install Language.
