My Lightroom classic 10.1 doesn't have color grading, but my Camera Raw 13.1 has. Please help.

As F McLion mentioned, your photo is probbaly uisng an older Process Version (PV). Below screenshots show the flash symbol mentioned. If you mouse-click on same, you can convert the image or images in filmstrip to the latest PV.

Yes.

I uninstalled LtrC and have just reinstalled v10.1; it's now working
perfectly! Thanks very much!

Is it an older import you are trying to use it on?
Make sure to check if a process update is needed - look for the small "flash" symbol below the histogram.
