Lightroom Classic 11.1 Collections Disappeared Windows 11

I am running Lightroom 11.1 on a Windows 11 laptop. A week ago I noticed all of my Collections were empty. The names are there, but the photos are missing. Hoping someone can help me recover them. I tried using a backup catalog but the Collections were empty on that too.

Should have noted that I upgraded to a new PC recently. Could have been after that when collections disappeared. I assumed data about collections were included in the catalog, which was copied over to the new computer.
