Lightroom Classic 11.2 Video Editing Features Not Working on Windows 10

I have just upgraded to LR11.2 on my Windows 10.  The slider icon has never appeared thereby preventing me from accessing the new video editing featues.  I checked and my LRC is shown as updated.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Do you mean you upgraded to Lightroom CLASSIC 11.4? (That's not what you said)

there are no new video editing features.

You can edit videos in Lightroom Classic, this has been a feature of Lightroom Classic for many years. There are no NEW editing features in Lightroom Classic 11.4, according to the link I gave.
