lightroom classic 11.4 unexpected error and your request could not be complete

Hi, ive recently updated to Lightroom classic 11.4 and when i go to use a subject mask or sky mask it waits a few seconds and says unexpected error and your request could not be complete. This does not happen on Lightroom classic 11.3.1 so confused to why it has suddently started doing it now. I have also updated all my graphics drivers and uninstalled and reinstalled lightroom but this has nothing done nothing to fix it.
