LIghtroom Classic 13 HDR merge generated DNG file doesn't work with 3rd party softwarw

Hi, I recently ran into a problem with Lightroom Classic version 13.0.2 (MacOS). When I export a photo from lightroom as a DNG file, the file can be opened by a number of other photo editors; however when I generate a DNG file from the Lightroom HDR merge or Pano merge functions, the DNG file is not recognized by the latest versions of Luminar Neo and Pixelmator Pro.
