Lightroom Classic 8.4.1 will not synchronize folders

After installing 8.4.1 update, I recongized the problem that clicking on a folder and choosing it to synchronize, no longer works as in previous versions.

There are two kinds of "sync" in LR.

Only Collections can be synced to online storage (not Folders, not Smart Collections).

As for syncing LR's knowledge of the files physically within a given folder, in what kind of file storage? (local, NAS...)

That shouldn't be happening, let's make it right.

As Lightroom Classic is not synchronizing folders anymore, could you please let us know the operating system you're working with?
