<설명(Explain)>

한글버전이라 영문버전 메뉴명을 확인 할 수 없어서 명칭이 정확하지 않음

The name is not correct because I can not check the English version menu name because it is Korean version.

최신버전으로 업데이트 이후 내보내기를 하였을때 에러가 발생하였다.

An error occurred when exporting after updating to the latest version.

("지정된 폴더를 쓸 수 없습니다." 팝업 발생)

("Could not write the specified folder" Popup occurred)

여러가지를 확인하였을 때 특정폴더 지정시만 발생하였다.

When checking various things, it happened only when designating specific folder.

나중에 폴더 선택(사전 설정에 유용)으로 동일 폴더를 지정시 에러가 발생하지 않았다.

Later, when selecting the same folder as folder selection (useful for presetting), no error occurred.

해당 문제에 대하여 고객센터에 문의하니 버전 다운을 권해서 8.21 버전으로 내렸다.

I contacted the customer center about the problem, so I decided to downgrade to version 8.21.

다운 후 해당 문제가 발생하지 않았다.

The problem did not occur after downloading.

<증상(Symptoms)>

[현상] Tab 이동

[Symptom] Move Tab

마우스 오른쪽 클릭 > [내보내기] > [내보내기(E)]

Mouse Right-click > [Export] > [Export]

내보내기 위치 > 내보낼 위치 > [특정폴더] > [선택..] > 폴더 지정

Export Location> Export To> [Specific Folder]> [Select ..]> Specify Folder

"지정된 폴더를 쓸 수 없습니다." 팝업 발생

"Could not write the specified folder." Popup Occurs
