Lightroom Classic CC or Lightroom CC (2015) -- which is newer?

It's unclear which version of Lightroom is the most current here. Is it classic or 2015? Adobe I feel like the naming here, with the additional new Lightroom CC, is starting to become pretty confusing.

You are not the only one. And don't ask why because only Adobe knows the answer. Adobe Lightroom Classic CC is the latest upgrade of what you have known as Lightroom CC 2015. It replaces and upgrades the old Lightroom CC 2015. That new Lightroom CC (which is not the one you see listed in your screenshot) is a cloud-based version 1 edition that Adobe is introducing. Lightroom CC 2015 is the old Creative Cloud version that has been available for quite some time. The last update to that version was CC 2015.12.
