I have noticed since I upgraded to a new Macbook Pro M1, that all the photos look different once I upload them into LR. I then go to the development tab, and it's not the same as it looks in the library tab. I have turned off the Grahpics Processor tab, since I have read that numerious times in trying to find a soloution. Any help is appricated!

I think this is normal and expected behavior. LrC renders its own version of the RAW image for you to view, and it does not have to match the embedded preview, which was created in the camera. There is no way to turn this off.

Should I be using LightRoom instead of Lightroom Classic so it will match what I see on camera, and in the Library Mode?

"I'm just confused that I have never had this issue where they don't match once I upload them into LR to edit them."
You imported the images with 'Embedded & sidecar' set as previews this time, while in the past you probably used another option, where Lightroom immediately renders its own previews, such as 'Standard-sized'.

Another possibility is that you applied a develop preset on import on the old computer, but not on this one. As soon as one or more edits are applied, Lightroom will replace any embedded preview with its own preview in order to show these edits.

I never changed any settings in my last computer for LR, and not this one either. I just uploaded all the apps to this computer, imported the photos the way the settings are in LR, and then we I go to develop, it changes as soon as I click on it. I dont even change anything just go from Library Mode, to Develop Mode. If I go back to the Library mode, it shows the same photo that I can see on the camera, and in the folder. I'm just confused why it's changing without my doing anything.
