Lightroom Classic image preview issues with MSI GeForce® GT 1030 AERO ITX

I have problems with the above card 2 computers. As soon as I activate these, he draws the pictures and these are then out of focus. So you see the picture for a fraction of a second and then you become blurry. How can I fix this. I have tried different drivers and already several settings - maybe I missed something else. Point 3 under the fixes addresses the topic, but says only one should search for a file and then start Lightroom. Only by the search I change so nothing😉

Hi there,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with the previews of your images in Lightroom.

Would you mind sharing the version of Lightroom you are using by going to the Help menu > System info? Also, which operating system version are you using on the computer?

As you have mentioned that you have tried different versions of the graphic drivers on the computer, could you confirm if the drivers were downloaded from the manufacturers website or did you roll back to older drivers installed with the operating system updates?

You can try to go to the Preferences for Lightroom > Performance and uncheck the option to Use Graphics Processor and then relaunch Lightroom to check if that helps?

Since the application is working properly with the Graphics Processor off, the issue may be either due to the drivers or the Graphics cards themselves.
