lightroom Classic linker-en rechterpaneel

Sinds een paar weken zijn mijn linker- en rechterpaneel van zowel de bibliotheek als ontwikkelmodule verwisseld van plaats. online vind ik geen enkele mogelijke oplossing, heb al geprobeerd om terug te plaatsen naar fabrieksinstellingen, maar zonder resultaat.
iemand die de oplossing kent?

Go to Edit > Preferences > Interface, and make sure that the two options highlighted in the screenshot below are not checked.

i don't see any screenshot, and have tried (once more) the solution mentionned in the message.
panels didn't change....
