Lightroom Classic locks in full-frame mode.

Lightroom Classic 12.5 with Widows 11 on a new Dell XPS laptop with 16 gigs of RAM .
After pressing the F key from loupe view, LrC sometimes goes into full frame mode but then locks there. This has happened  twice over the last week or so.

Expected result: Return to loupe view by pressing F key again.

Actual result: Toggling the F key does nothing. I can zoom in and out using the space bar or left mouse key, but cannot get out of full frame mode. LrC accepts no other input from either the keyboard or mouse.  I have had to do a CNTRL+ALT+Delete shutdown of the program to regain control of the computer..

Note: Because I regularly use 2 different machines, I do have the pictures and catalog on a 5T Western Digital HDD.

Further to the above post: This "locking" has only happened after the program has been running several hours, with the toggling the F key working fine up until the point it locks.

Correction: When locked using the space bar does not zoom in and out (as stated above). Only the left mouse key allows the zoom toggling.
