lightroom classic no longer opening

I have lightroom classoc version 6.0 I am runnig windows 11...

I think you use Lightroom as a perpetual license and you don't have a subscription.

In a first step you can try to reset the Lightroom preferences -> https://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-do-i-reset-lightrooms-preferences/

If this doesn't help you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue. 

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

Do you have installed really version 6.0? If yes, then please download and install the latest available version, it's version 6.14.
