Lightroom Classic Preferences

I am using the Lightroom Classic App on my HP Laptop and i have been exploring preference settings not that i have Topaz AI. I was able to add the plugin so i can "Edit in Topaz AI" however, when trying to adjust the preferences to utlize the app and editing software i am not getting many options. Some of the tutorials i have seen i see them go to (Edit>Preferences>General, etc..) and a bunch of options come up to set the gb of photo you export, exporting in Raw and so on.

The problem i am having is that when i go to edit, then preferences i get very little options at all and not seing at all the options i am seing in these tutorial. What i am doing wrong or what is going on here? I hope someone understands what i am trying to say and can help!

As I understand you right you mean appropriate settings for the Topaz PhotoAI plugin.

If yes, then you can only set several options in the Additional External Editor section in the Preferences dialog..

Note: on this machine I don't have installed PhotoAI. So it's not availabe here. But this is the appropriate place for the settings.

I think we will understand you better if you provide some more details of your workflow.

What Version Number of Lightroom-Classic are you using?

What "Preferences" are you referring to- General LrC, or TopazAI?

And what "Tutorials" are you viewing (links)?

Post several screen-clips by inserting them with the 'landscape' icon above your post window.

When we see what you are seeing you might get more help.

Thanks for the reply, I have the link of the tutorial below of what settings I am looking to adjust and I have a picture (taken from my phone of my computer because I can't figure out how to screen shot on my computer) of the settings i show on my lightroom classic app on my HP laptop. I am not sure how to tell what version I have?

Do the menu command Help > System Info and look at the first line.
