Every time I want to make a presentation I get a full error message.reinstalling doesn't solve anything

"Presentation" = Slideshow, which involves 'video' functions in the OS.

Good afternoon,I have deleted all the files and customized task management.I can export a performance presentation as PDF but not as a video. After a few seconds, the application continues to stutter.

Which version of Lightroom do you have installed?

Which version of Windows do you use (Windows 10 Build xxxx)?

What do you mean with "... I want to make a presentation...". What is a presentation in LR?
