Lightroom Classic Preset

I am having issues with Lightroom Classic. I have had to re-import my presets 4 separate times yesterday and I can no longer access my presets. I tried to re-import them but it is telling me the presets have already been imported, so I am not sure what is happening. I tried calling the customer service number and I have been transferred 4 times already and everyone keeps telling me my account does not have any active subscriptions. I have a student account so I am not sure how different it may be from a personal account. I have both the latest version of Lightroom Classic and the latest update on my MacBook.

And in the Presets panel, you clicked on the + symbol, selected Manages, and made sure those presets were checked to be visible?
