Lightroom classic presets

Due to an mistake I made,I lost all the original presets in lightroom.Can I find them somewhere on the internet?

If you mean Adob'e presets, then reintstalling Lightroom Classic should return thm.

Can I install lightroom again whitout loosing my imported photo's?

Yes, you can uninstall LrC without deleting your photos, etc.

I don't think you can delete these. They may be un-checked from appearing:

another possibility: you may have checked the option "Store Presets with Catalog" in the Catalog Settings. That option looks for some dedicated presets alongside the Catalog. Turning this option off will show you the centrally stored presets again - built-in ones, and any user presets that you had previously saved centrally.
