Lightroom Classic prevents switching to other programs and remains top-most window

For the past couple of weeks, Lightroom prevents me from switching to other programs, either using the ALT-TAB feature or by clicking on the icon in the taskbar. Lightroom always remains the top-most program, even if I run it as a window, rather than full screen. I have to minimize it in order to look at other programs.

LR Classic 14.2 and Windows 11, latest updates. Also latest video driver.

Thank you for sharing your version number and that you have the latest video driver installed. Have you already tried to uninstall and reinstall Lightroom Classic?
